Complaint Procedure

VISHON always acts in the best interest of its clients and places great importance on providing the highest standards of client service. However, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, your query should in the first instance be raised with your normal contact at VISHON to resolve fairly & promptly. If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately and to your satisfaction, please contact the Compliance Officer, preferably in writing, who will have a duty to investigate your complaint in accordance with the regulatory system and respond to you in 8 weeks:

Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)

VISHON is covered by The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (‘FSCS’) which may, in certain cases (depending on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim) where an FCA regulated firm has ceased to do business and cannot meet its liabilities, give compensation. Please note that this scheme is not normally available to clients categorised as Professional Clients or Eligible Counterparties under the Financial Conduct Authority rules.
